Tenant linking now available for the Reseller role

Resellers can now initiate Microsoft tenant linking. Previously, this action was restricted to Marketplace managers.

Prerequisite

Company sync and Microsoft tenant porting must be enabled. To enable these settings,

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings | Sync Settings.
2. On the Sync Settings page, enable Company Sync.
3. Select Microsoft Tenant Porting.

To link tenants,

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Companies. Click on a company to open the company details page.
2. On the company details page, scroll down to the Microsoft section, and then click Vendor Information.
3. Click Link Tenant.

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
